The M-1776 Murdock Super Secur is made in the traditional classic style. The unit is adapted is for year-round useeven in sub-zero temperatures. The pedestal is made as a monolithic cast iron casting, uniform from ground level to the drip pan. The pedestal is decoratively embossed and finished with long-lasting black oil enamel.

The drip bowl is made as a uniform brass casting. The drain opening of the bowl is protected against clogging and damage. The spout is made in cast brass, has an angled water outlet, is positioned in the centre of the bowl and extends over the edge of the bowl. The spout cover is made of polished brass casting, meeting sanitary requirements. All brass castings comply with ASTM B61 and B62. The valve and spout comply with the standards in terms of lead-free content - NSF61, item 9, 1997, and CHSC 116875.

The valve is controlled by a pedal and has a spring-loaded self-return mechanism. The pedal is made of aluminium bronze, finished in black oil enamel for high durability. The central spring is made of stainless steel wire with a diameter of min. 5.7 mm. The unit should be mounted on a stable base with good drainage (recommended concrete slab).
