The M-C76B model is a two-storey pedestal water fountain. The unit has one bowl placed on top of the pedestal and the other mounted on the side arm. The pedestal and side arm are made in heavy cast iron. There are four mounting holes in the base of the pedestal. The pedestal and side arm are finished in a highly durable black oil enamel. The service door is fixed with vandal-resistant stainless steel screws.

The bowls are made in cast brass. The unit is actuated by self-closing buttons, with a required pressure of less than 2 kg. The pushbuttons open the internal valves with a flow regulator and adjustable adjustment. The spouts are made of stainless steel and can operate at a pressure range of 2.1 to 7, bar. All brass castings conform to ASTM B61 and B62. The unit complies with ANSI A117.1, ADA 2010 Disability Access Regulations, ANSI/NSF 61-9, and Act No. 111-380. The unit should be mounted on a stable surface that provides good drainage (recommended concrete slab).
